Luke finally got to see his hippo!
Remember how Luke wanted to see a hippo at the zoo this summer and (sadly) was content with the hippo trashcan? Read about that story here.
We actually all LOVED seeing the hippo! She really is nature's water ballerina! So light on her feet!
Luke was so tired at this point in the day. He was almost asleep in his stroller and we pulled him out in an enthusiastic way and posed for pictures. A good sport.
And right next door to the hippo is a tank with the Nile crocodile! Very cool to view animals in this way.
